In 2018, Phil and his wife, Caroline, relocated to Orlando. They have three children and two grandsons.

Steve earned a master’s degree from Regent University with a focus on hermeneutics, and has been teaching since 1997. He served at Brownsville Revival School of Ministry, FIRE School of Ministry, and as an adjunct professor at SUM Bible College. Passionate about the Word of God and revival, he is currently writing a book on biblical interpretation.
